How long have you been in business?
Established and incorporated in 1983, Reliable System Applications began by computerizing import/export companies and service stations/convenience stores. With about 30 years in business we are Westchesters most experienced computer repair company.
What is your primary product or service?
Computer repair-PC's/MAC's printers, Smartphones,PDA's and game consoles, networks, security camera systems,home automation, just about anything done with a computer can be purchased, installed, maintained and serviced at RSA.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
From an Electrical Engineering background, I realized computers will become necessary in everyday life. First working on solid state injection molding machines, computers were the next step in manufacturing also. Working at communications giant, Western Union, computers were being used to control data lines and the very beginning of the Internet. Much progress was made in the following years and the PC started to show up on desktops. Next I realized that I wanted my own company in this field and started RSA.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We know people and small businesses rely on their computers and don't always maintain and back-up there systems until they have a problem. Our "Get it fixed right away" services are geared to restore your systems to right where you left off and provide continued support to improve performance and dependability.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our centrally located shop in Ardsley,near 3 major highways,provides customers with quick response times to and from all parts of the county.
