Phelps is a 235-bed acute care community hospital offering a broader range of services than any other community hospital in the region. Phelps offers inpatient beds and outpatient care for medical, surgical, pediatric, psychiatric, and rehabilitation patients. Phelps is the only hospital in Westchester to offer anterior approach hip replacement. The new Emergency Department (ER) has 30 private patient rooms with TVs and phones. The rooms have walls and sliding glass doors for ultimate privacy.
