While I am a seasoned corporate traveler, ScheerDestinations launched in 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
Escorted group tours for women.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've travelled for both personally and professionally for many years. I believe that travel is as much about personal transformation as it is about visiting fabulous destinations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Women only travel is a niche product in the travel industry. With my extensive experience, I feel that I can offer women an opportunity to live their dreams. I take care of all the details and they have all the fun.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There are currently four trips planned for 2009; two girlfriend getaways to Puerto Rico and Charleston and two European trips to Italy and Ireland.
