How long have you been in business?
I started aerial training in 2004 and trained for a year with aerialists in NYC. I left aerial training to attend to family needs and started training again in 2010 and opened Robin Lynch Aerialist in 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
I am an aerialist and my apparatus in silks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Aerial silks was something that I always wanted to do since I was a kid and I finally decided to pursue aerial training.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is important to work WITH others. Event planners want to know that your service is affordable. The price of entertainment cannot be so overpriced that it will blow the budget. Always be positive. Treat your customers and clients the way you wish to be treated.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am based in Westchester County but am available nationwide and internationally.
