How long have you been in business?
Our company was founded in March of 2004, however our senior engineering team has experience going back to the late 1980's.
What is your primary product or service?
Office/Business wiring for computer networks, phone systems and video. We design and install LAN's and WAN's, email systems, implement network security and install business phone systems and video security systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder has a Bachelors in Computer Science, our professional services team have all been in the industry since the late 1980's and early 1990's
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because of our lengthy experience and dealing with some many evolution networks over the past 25 years, we've seen it all. Also because we've worked with many older architectures we are able to provide our clients with the ability to integrate a new network system into their current one, or migrate their legacy technologies and data over to more modern systems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a single location, family owned engineering firm that services business clientele through Westchester, White Plains and many parts of Connecticut.

We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Which areas do you service?
New York - Westchester, White Plains and Connecticut. We do also serve Rockland County and Manhattan
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family owned company
What are your hours of operation?
It depends on a client installation, we normally work 9-5, however some clients ask if we can work after hours so as not to disturb their normal business, so we can make arrangements to work 6-11pm weekdays and through the weekend if it is a large installation and/or the client has a pressing deadline to meet.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Referring us to others is always a wonderful compliment, it shows that the client was so satisfied with our work and costs, that they would have us to work for others they know.
