How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Being a firefighter for 15 plus years I see the devastation fires can cause to homes and families. I wanted to be a professional advocate to those dealing with large publicly traded insurance companies to ensure they received the money they deserve to rebuild their lives, homes and businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am very hands on with every claim I adjust and handle. Your claim is not handed off to an assistant or secretary to handle. I give personal and professional service 100% of the time. Unlike other adjusters I can be reached by my clients on a Sunday morning who have a question or concern.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently work on Long Island, NYC, Westchester, Orange, Ulster, Rockland, Sullivan and Delaware Counties. I will handle a claim personally state wide.
